My plenary session sized presentation,   at NCTA annual meeting got participants thinking and talking about ethics. They practiced exercises any board could start doing today to help become a more ethically mindful organization.

I served on the board of directors of the Murie Center located in Grand Teton National Park for six years. I helped staff staff members, recruit a new executive director, and guide the merger with the Teton Science School.

Regular, thoughtful reflection on job performance and organizational strengths and weaknesses is a key ingredient for CEO success. I have coached leaders of several organizatons, including the Wyoming Humanities Council.
